1.2. By joining the KIVVI intermediary program, the intermediary agrees to the terms of this agreement.

2. Responsibilities of the Parties

The intermediary agrees to:

• use the KIVVI platform in compliance with applicable laws;
• provide accurate order and recipient information;
• follow customs regulations and KIVVI’s internal rules.

KIVVI agrees to:

• provide access to a personal account and tracking tools;
• pay commissions according to the partner program terms;
• provide technical and informational support.

3. Commissions and Payments

3.1. Commission rates and payment details are available in the intermediary’s account.

3.2. KIVVI may update the program terms with prior notice.

4. Liability

Each party is responsible for complying with the laws of their jurisdiction. If abuse or violation is detected, KIVVI may suspend cooperation unilaterally.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. This public offer is valid indefinitely and may be modified or withdrawn by KIVVI without prior consent.

5.2. All changes are published on the website and become effective upon publication.
