To begin, click on your name in the upper-right corner of the website and select "Account" from the drop-down menu.
Two Types of Shipping Services
Kivvi offers two types of mail-forwarding services:
- Parcel Shipping Order — Use this option when you are making an online purchase yourself and need a U.S. address for the merchant to ship your goods.
- Purchase Shipping Order — Use this option if you would like us to place the order on your behalf.
Parcel Shipping Order
Obtain Your U.S. Warehouse Address
Locate the "Warehouse Address" card in your account dashboard. Copy this address and use it as the shipping address when placing your order with any external e-commerce service.
Register Your Incoming Package
Once you have placed your external order and received a tracking number from the merchant, register the delivery with Kivvi.
On the main portal, go to the "Shipping Order" card and click "New Shipping Order".
Ensure the Parcel tab is selected.
Insurance
Select Insurance if you would like full coverage for your order against loss or damage.
Photo of Contents
Select Photo of Contents if you would like us to take photos of your items before shipment.
One service includes 3 photos. You can distribute these photos across items in your order.
The photos will be sent to you via email and attached to the order chatter as soon as we process the package.
If anything is wrong with an item, we will put the package aside and wait for your resolution on further actions.
Declare Awaited Packages
Enter any known tracking number for the package you are expecting.
List the items that the package contains, so we can check them during processing.
Enter the quantity and the item price for each item.
We need this information for customs clearance.
To add an item, press the "Add Declared Item" button.
Extra Packaging
Select Extra Packaging if you would like additional protective packaging for safe delivery.
Content Check
Select Content Check if you would like us to inspect items before shipment.
A text report will be sent to you via email and attached to the order chatter as soon as we process the package.
If anything is wrong with an item, we will put the package aside and wait for your resolution on further actions.
Merge Parcels
If you have several packages arriving separately and would like to ship them together in one order, you must register them at once.
To do so, press the "Add Package" button.
Recipient
Select the order recipient. The default delivery address you provided will be suggested.
You can adjust the delivery carrier and delivery method for this order.
Comments
Leave any additional comment for your order if needed.
Subtotal
As we do not know the exact weight of your order yet, a primary calculation will be displayed based on the services you have selected.
The final price will be invoiced after:
- The package weight is measured
- The goods pass customs clearance
Create Order
Press the "Create Order" button to finalize the order.
From that moment, we are awaiting your packages for delivery.
Payment
After we receive and process your packages and they pass customs clearance, the invoice will be issued.
Purchase Shipping Order
Create a New Order
On the main portal, go to the "Shipping Order" card and click "New Shipping Order".
Ensure the Purchase tab is selected.

- Item name
- Quantity demanded
- Price per item
- Link to the item where you want us to buy it
- Alternative link to a different merchant with the same item (we will check this option if the first link is unavailable)
- Size and color of the item
- Promo code (if known)

Create Order

Manager Review and Payment
Our manager will check your order. If the items are available, a quotation will be created with a 3-day validity period. You will get an email notification for that, and the "Pay Now" button will appear
You can pay for it directly on the portal.
If payment is not received within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
