To begin, click the "Sign In" button in the upper-right corner of the website. This will take you to the login page, where you can choose between two options:
- Create an account with your email
- Log in with Google
Create an Account with Email
Complete the registration form with the following information:
- Email address — use an active address where you can receive notifications
- First and last name — if you are the recipient, enter your name exactly as shown on your official ID. This is required for customs documentation.
- Password — create a secure password and confirm it
- Country of residence — select your country from the list. If your country is not listed but you intend to ship to a recipient in one of the available countries, you may select the United States as your country of presence.
Please review our Privacy Policy and mark the checkbox to confirm your acceptance.
Once all fields are completed, click "Sign up".
Log in with Google
Select this option if you prefer to use your Google credentials. You will be guided through the standard Google authentication process.
Account Created
Your Kivvi account is now active. You may proceed to place shipping orders immediately.
Please note:
However, orders will not leave our U.S. warehouse until the recipient's personal information has been provided and verified by our team.
Configuring Your Recipient Information
To enable customs clearance and shipping, you will need to complete the recipient profile.
If you are the recipient:
Navigate to "Account Details" and click the pencil icon to edit your information.
If you are shipping to another person:
Go to the "My Addresses" section and click "Add Address" to create a new recipient entry.
Required Documents
Complete all mandatory fields and attach the following:
- A copy of the recipient's passport or other government-issued identification
- VAT registration certificate
These documents are necessary for us to manage customs clearance on your behalf. Without them, we are unable to ship goods outside the United States or complete clearance procedures in the destination country.
Selecting a Delivery Method
Choose a delivery method from those available for your country. This selection will be saved as the default for this recipient.
You may override this choice for individual orders — the default is simply a convenience.
Submitting for Review
Click "Confirm" to submit the recipient information.
Our team will review the details within 24 hours. You will receive an email notifying you of approval or requesting any additional information if needed.
Placing Orders During Review
Recipient verification does not block order placement. You may create shipping orders while the information is being reviewed. We will begin processing and preparing your shipment even if approval is pending.
