Thank you for choosing KIVVI. Follow the steps below to create an account and provide the information required for international shipping.
Click "Log in" in the upper-right corner of the website. On the login page, select "Create an account".

Create an account with email
Complete the registration form and provide the following information:
- Email: Enter an active email address where you can receive notifications.
- Full name: If you are the recipient, enter your full name exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID. This information is required for customs clearance.
- Password: Create a secure password and enter it again to confirm.
- Country: Select your country from the list. If your country is not listed but you plan to ship items to a recipient in one of the available countries, you may select the United States.
Review the "Privacy policy" and select the checkbox to confirm that you agree to it.
Once all fields are complete, click "Sign up".
If you already have an account, click "Log in" next to "Already have an account?"
Log in with Google
Select "Log in with Google" if you want to use your Google account. You will be redirected to Google to complete the standard authentication process.
Account created
After registration, your KIVVI account will be active. You can start arranging shipments right away.
Please note:
A package will not leave our US warehouse until the recipient’s information has been submitted and verified by the KIVVI team.
Recipient information
Recipient information is required for customs clearance and international shipping.
If you are the recipient:
Go to "Account details" and click the pencil icon to add or update your information.
If someone else will receive the package:
Go to the "My Addresses" section and click "+Add Address" to create a recipient profile.
Required Documents
Complete all required fields and upload the following documents:
- a photo of the passport ID page or another government-issued ID;
- a VAT registration certificate.
These documents allow KIVVI to handle customs clearance on the recipient’s behalf.
Without them, the package cannot be shipped outside the United States or cleared through customs in the destination country.
Choose a delivery method
Select one of the delivery methods available for the recipient’s country. It will be saved as the default delivery method for that recipient.
You can select a different delivery method for each shipment. The default setting is provided for convenience.
Submit information for verification
Click "Save changes" to submit the recipient’s information for verification.
Our team will review the information within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirming approval or requesting additional information if needed.
Package preparation during verification
You do not need to wait for the recipient’s information to be verified before adding a package to your account. KIVVI can begin processing and preparing it in advance. The package will be dispatched from our US warehouse only after the recipient’s information has been verified.
